buyoasistickets.com is an independent ticket marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Oasis, its members, management or official promoters.

We collect only what we need to run the marketplace, deliver tickets and meet our legal obligations.

We do not receive or store your full card number; card details are handled directly by our payment processor, which is PCI DSS compliant.

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, we must have a legal basis for each use of your data.

We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing. Fraud-screening tools may flag a transaction for manual review by our team.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:

• Buyers and sellers: we share the minimum needed to complete a sale, such as a seller's name where resale law requires it, or a buyer's name and email so tickets can be transferred.
• Payment processors: our third-party payment providers, to take payments and pay out sellers.
• Ticket issuers and venues: to transfer, reissue or validate tickets, and to tell you about cancellations or changes.
• Service providers: hosting, email delivery, customer support, analytics and fraud-prevention providers, acting under contract and only on our instructions.
• Couriers: for physical ticket delivery.
• Authorities and advisers: police, regulators (such as the CMA, Trading Standards or ICO), courts, auditors and lawyers where required by law or to protect our rights.
• Business transfers: a buyer or successor if we sell or merge all or part of our business, subject to this policy.

We use strictly necessary cookies without asking, because the Site cannot work without them. We use all other cookies only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw through our cookie banner or the Cookie Settings link in the Site footer.

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and you must be 18 or over to create an account or buy tickets. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and email you about significant changes.
