Accessibility Statement
1. Who We Are
This website is operated by the company named in the footer of every page of this website ("we", "us", "our").
2. Our Commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA across the whole website, including the queue, booking and checkout.
We test the website using automated tools and manual checks before every major release. Manual checks include keyboard-only navigation and testing with screen readers on desktop and mobile.
If we find a problem we cannot fix immediately, we list it in section 6 of this statement with an explanation of what we are doing about it.
3. What You Can Do on This Website
You should be able to:
- navigate and complete a full booking using only a keyboard;
- use the website with screen readers, including NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver;
- zoom in up to 400% without content being cut off or overlapping;
- use the website on a small screen without scrolling sideways;
- change text size, spacing and colours using your browser or device settings;
- use the website with animations reduced, if you have turned on reduced motion in your device settings;
- understand all status information without relying on colour, as every status badge includes a text label such as "On Sale" or "Sold Out".
4. Accessibility in the Booking Process
The online queue: your queue position and estimated wait are announced to screen readers as they change. You do not need to interact with the page to keep your place, and there is no time limit for staying in the queue.
Basket timer: Tickets are held in your basket for 10 minutes. You will be warned before the time runs out, both visually and through your screen reader, and you can extend the hold once by a further 10 minutes.
Seat selection: every seat map has a list view that shows available seats as text, with block, row, seat number, price and any access features. You can choose seats from the list instead of the map, or select "best available".
Security checks: if we need to confirm you are not a bot, we provide a check that does not require you to solve a puzzle, read distorted text or recognise images.
Forms: every form field has a visible label. Error messages explain what went wrong and how to fix it, and your entries are kept when an error is shown.
Mobile tickets: your Ticket shows the Show, Venue, entrance, block, row and seat as text as well as a QR code. The QR code screen increases your screen brightness automatically where your device allows it.
5. Getting Help
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, our support team can help you book. Contact us through the contact form on our Support page and select "Accessibility" as the topic. Tell us how you'd like us to reply, and we will respond in that way.
If you need information from this website in a different format, such as large print, easy read or audio, contact us the same way. We will respond within five working days.
If you are booking for a high-demand sale and expect to have difficulty with the online queue, contact us before the sale opens so we can discuss how to help.
6. Known Issues
Where we know part of the website does not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA, we list it here, together with what we are doing to fix it and when we expect it to be fixed.
Some content is provided by third parties, such as our payment provider's card entry form. We choose providers who meet accessibility standards and report any problems we find to them.
7. Accessibility at the Show
This statement covers the website. For accessibility at the Show, including accessible seating, viewing platforms, companion tickets, step-free access, accessible toilets, and assistance dogs, see the Venue's page under Arenas.
To book accessible Tickets, choose an accessible ticket type when selecting your Tickets. If you need help, contact us through our Support page and select "Accessibility".
8. Feedback and Complaints
If you find an accessibility problem not listed in section 6, or you think we are not meeting our commitments, please tell us through our Support page and select "Accessibility". We aim to reply within five working days.
If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com or by calling 0808 800 0082.
9. Reviewing This Statement
We review this statement every time we make a significant change to the website, and at least once a year.
